New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is one of the NFL’s best at making sure that he has a lot of gear in his house for every game.
That includes the latest gadget.
The 2017 NFL season began on Monday, Jan. 3, with Manning’s annual “Harrison Ford” party at the Empire Polo Club in Manhattan.
The annual event features Ford’s personal collection of memorabilia, including his Ford Mustang, Ford Bronco, Ford Taurus, and the “Dodge Charger” — a supercharged sports car that became famous in the late 1970s and 1980s as the model of choice for Dodge Charger drivers.
It’s the latest installment in the “Ford family” that began with the Ford Tugboat and continued through the Ford GT and the Ford Ranger.
Manning will be at the Ford Polo Club for the first time on Saturday, Jan 9, to officially unveil the “Manning Ford” collection.
His team will be unveiling its own collection of artifacts at a separate event later in the day, and it will be one of several events that will feature items from the legendary quarterback’s collection.
In addition to the Ford Mustang collection, the Giants will be giving away a $250,000 Ford Explorer to any player who takes part in the festivities.
Manning will also be on hand to announce the Ford Broncos, which will be on display throughout the event.
