Microsoft to launch its own HoloLens-compatible VR headset at next year’s Gamescom conference

Microsoft has officially announced that it will launch its new HoloLens VR headset during the next Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany.

Microsoft will show off the HoloLens headset during its keynote at the conference.

It will be the first HoloLens compatible headset to launch for consumers.

Microsoft is not disclosing any pricing or other details about the HoloLenses headset, but we can expect it to be priced around $1,500 to $1 and a little less depending on how many users it has.

It’ll be able to be used on Windows PCs, but the company is also targeting the HoloVision platform on mobile devices.

Microsoft has also announced that the HoloTek camera for HoloLens will be released for purchase in the coming weeks.
